This is a more up-to-date version of the AC1 and 2 fix that improves compatibility with the latest build of x360ce () and Xbox One controllers. Howin the world do I get my xbox one controller to work? I've tried everything from utilizing the steam controller configuration and using the AC2 format - to downloading that and putting it where all the game files are (at least where most of them are including the client). I have, however, realized that some of the game files are stored

Touse PS5/PS4 controllers and stop keyboard conflicts on AC:origins on steam you have to change "ACO.ini" with notepad found in "C:\Users\***username**\Documents\Assassin's Creed Origins" your "input" should look like this which looks silly because its xbox but it works: SelectedPad=XBOX 360/ONE

Aquick Google search will guide you to the required files to use the controller. As far as I remember you only need to copy/paste a .dll file. Yep. And the same file works for ac1, 2, brotherhood, revelations and 3. im having a bit of trouble finding it cause there only seems to be a fix for the wireless controller.
Downloadx360ce 64 bit then move it to the game's directory and allow any file creations it might ask and then click on 'Auto' when the application runs and save. Justsearch on Google Assassin's creed 2 Xbox one controller fix. It should point you in the right direction. Something called x360, it emulates the Xbox 360 for the Xbox one. Make sure your Xbox one controller is plugged in with USB to pc when doing this. This DOES NOT HELP if you have an ORIGINAL xbox controller. The game DOES NOT Downloadpage: Xbox One Controller Fix for Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut and Assassin's Creed II (AC1&2) 1.0.0 whilst being plugged in with a USB cable to my PC. Hi I have an xbox series controller connected to my pc via xbox wireless adapter. When I play God of War the controls keep rapidly switching between the controller and the keyboard for no reason. Even when I have my keyboard completely disconnected. Seems like the game is registering some fantom keyboard inputs.
Fixeda small bug in the DNA Menu that would cause the image to disappear if the arrow was clicked rapidly. Fixed some graphical corruption in Present Room with Ihave just gotten Assassin's Creed for my computer, but I see no option to let me use a gamepad. I have a device that is a USB on one side and a PS2 controller port on the otherside, letting me use a PS2 controller for PC games. This device worked smoothly with Devil May Cry 4, but I cannot find any gamepad options for Assassin's Maybean xbox one controller conflict with xbox360 drivers. But not with a original X-Box controller. It's an X-Box PC Controller from MadCatz. With other games I have no problem to use this controller. Only Assassins Creed Chronicles China refuse to work with this controller. #1. Silver Ifso, please note that the only officially supported gamepad is the Xbox 360 one. That said, I can recommend from my own experience using Steam's Big Picture Mode to force the game to think your DS4 is a 360 pad. For more specific instructions on how to do this, since it's not something official from us, I'd recommend reaching out to Steam .
